That meant Steve had the day off. :) So we did less school work and we didn't have our Awana Club. Which meant we had a "free" evening!
We quickly decided a date night was in order. I can not even tell you the last time Steve and I had an evening out just the two of us. It might be close to a year!!
We had gift cards to a Marlin Rays restraunt nearby.
It was YUMMY. I had salmon, salad and green beans. Steve had shrimp, salad and potatoes. It was delicious and I did not have to cook it or clean it up. :)
After dinner we went to see a movie. Trouble With The Curve, with Clint Eastwood. It was okay. I am NOT at all a fan of the language. The over all story line was okay, a bit heart warming.
We did see a preview for Les Miserable that is comming to theaters around Christmas. I definately want to see that! I LOVE that story. Focus On The Family Radio Theater does a fantastic job with it!
